Starting Over

This is my second stab at blogging and a big shout-out to "Appaloosa" on a sock knitting forum for giving me a cool name to use this time around!

I'm going to try to keep the posts briefer, but more regular. And with that in mind (and because for the life of me, I can't figure out what to write about this afternoon), here's a pic of a recently completed project - some Selbuvotter mittens. I love this book by Terri Shea. This particular pair was completed with Dale Heilo. They turned out a bit big, but I definitely like the weight of this pair when it comes to doing the job that gloves are supposed to do - keep your hands warm!
